Se acampar é demasiado duro, façamos "glamping". Pegue-se em
"glamorous" junte-se-lhe "camping" e temos "glamping". Acampar com
"glamour" pode ser a aproximação, nada imediata, convenhamos. Ficamos
com "glamping", portanto, a nova moda entre campistas. "Glamping" é
"acampar em estilo e conforto, sem as maçadas do campismo", explica por
e-mail Hannah McDonnell, sempre com a sensação de regresso á natureza."
Foi no ano passado que o "glamping" começou a dar que falar no Reino
Unido e nos EUA, um regresso ao luxo e ambiente das viagens e safaris
por África e Ásia de ourros séculos, mas também um regresso á natureza.
Os parques oferecem "yurts", tipis e tendas pré montadas, que combinam
o conforto dos melhores hotéis com uma pegada ecológica sã, que passa
por utilização de energia solar e reciclagem, por exemplo. Afinal, no
"glamping", por detrás do luxo visível, está sempre a natureza e "amigo
do ambiente" é carimbo transversal a todos os projectos também o é no
Yurt Holiday Portugal (www.yurtholidayportugal.com), propriedade de
Hannah e do marido. Derek, e um dos poucos locais de "glamping" no
pais. "O objectivo é ajudar as pessoas a perceberem que não é
necessário sacrificar o conforto para ter umas férias de baixo
impacto", diz Hannah. Há quem lhes chame hotéis de campismo. O Yurt
Holiday Portugal (entre Góis e Arganil) que o "The Times" considerou o
segundo melhor espaço de campismo da Europa, não chega a isso, até
porque so tem um "yurt" (tendas redondas da Mongolia). E impossível não
pensar nos hotéis boutique, dada a atenção ao detalhe: o "yurt",
assente sobre uma plataforma de madeira, tem uma cama casal (ha outras
de reserva), tapetes, "chaise-longue" e outras pecas que lhe dão um
toque exótico, quase oriental: os anfitriões providenciam
pequeno-almoço, com produtos locais, a sombra de um castanheiro (ha
carvalhos, oliveiras, sobreiros..), e roteiros da vizinhança: a casa de
banho privada e fora do "yurt" e ecológica. O preço 65 euros por noite,
duas pessoas com pequeno almoço. E verdade que os visitantes são na
maioria ingleses (e alemães), mais casais do que famílias, mas esta e
uma aposta ainda incipiente na quinta do casal londrino. La fora, o
"glamping" já e uma opção credível - num segmento claramente de luxo.
Veja-se o Camp Kerala, que só abre para o Festival de Glastonbury: os
"festivaleiros" chegam de Ferrari ou Bentley e pagam cerca de oito mill
euros (casal) por três dias de alojamento.
